Abstract Robotic Process Automation became an increasingly invasive technology in outsourcing, since both of these industries have been developed based on the same business desiderata, such as increased efficiency, cost savings and improved accuracy. However, there is a gap existing literature regarding concrete use this tasks. Therefore, we set out to investigate implementation RPA services industry by conducting review mining within Web Science database. Our study focused three research questions: 1) Which are leading developers tools? 2) What most automated tasks using according scientific literature? 3) process workflow performance improvements generated RPA-automated each type outsourcing center? The contributions our article consist overview main market, synopsis categories for which indicates solutions’ implementations synthesis workflows recorded integrating tools centers. paper broadening understanding RPA-powered competitive advantages that could justify redesign mapping. Finally, highlights some milestones RPA-enhanced landscape suggests future axes research.
